Electric Trunk Kit

Good price, does the job well

I bought two of these to replace full size big actuators for my shaved door handles on my 95 civic, since one of mine died and the latches require little force to open. The only negative I can think of is the fact that it isn't internally spring loaded, so in my case I had to use the sheath and spring for correct operation.since the stroke is only about 5/8", after power is applied and removed, the spring has to push the cable back up that distance in order for it to work right.took about five minutes extra to play with spring and cable adjustment. Only been installed a couple weeks but it is working great no problems. Relatively quiet and powerful. Great product

Good power, works fine, poor instructions

For my purposes this was a good kit. It has plenty of power. The instructions that came with it were not very clear and the kit came with a bunch of parts that the instructions never mentioned. Some of the parts had no obvious use but that's ok, maybe someone will need them for their installation.
