Protects the phone pretty well!
This case definitely helps when I drop my phone. Half the time I don't even hear that I've dropped my phone because the case absorbs a lot of impact. It also helps that it's grippy because it rarely slides out of my pocket or off things.
There are a few cons though, some of the openings on the side have ripped, and the grippy texture pulls out my hair every time I talk on the phone. It also has gotten a little looser I think so it slides off when I take it in and out of my pocket.
Next time I will choose a less "gummy" case but one with a little grippiness.
