Purchased my daughter a 2005 honda accord, It didn't have an aux input so after some research and watching a few youtube vids I decided on this one. Its plug and play. It was suggested that you not reconnect the plug for satellite radio if you are not using it. Seems to sound better that way. Very pleased so far.

I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to keep the stock radio, but wants to add aux capacity. I have a 2007 Honda Accord and the install was easy (with help from an online install video that I found on Youtube--though I had to watch it a few times). The sound is great when it's playing. There is a small hiss when it's not playing, but that goes away once you switch it off of Aux. I wish it had bluetooth, but I can speak through my phone while it is plugged into Aux mode and apparently the sound is good. I also had to figure out how to hide the aux cord, but that isn't too hard.
