Worked well connecting my truck to a Pioneer 4000NEX

This product had all the features to properly connect my GMC Sierra 3500 to the Pioneer 4000NEX, including the correct polarity for the parking brake connection, connection for when the truck is in reverse, Retained Accessory Power and beeps for when the truck wants to warn you about something. It also supports enough amps for this radio [which the freebie harness Sonic will bundle with the radio for a discount doesn't].

The only negatives I had with the product are:
1) The power relay circuit [separate from that blue housing in the picture] had a cut on the circuit board, so no power was being provided to the radio. Fixed it myself because I didn't want to wait a month getting it replaced, but took some time to track down and bridge the break with some solder.

2) The description for the parking brake connection wasn't that clear as to how it worked [that it was 12V most of the time, and is grounded when you press the parking brake]. It's fine that it is like this [the radio expects it to work this way], just the description on the installation sheet doesn't make it clear it works this way.

Overall, I am very happy with this product, and how it enabled the Pioneer 4000NEX and the Pioneer ND-BC6 backup camera to work in my truck like they were installed at the factory.

This is a great product. I've bought other brands and they totally did not work. Always buy the best and pac is the best.
