Used with my Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX, also used one year ago on my Pioneer AVH-W4200NEX. Works as intended and came with instructions that mentioned where each wire goes. Most radios will not need the yellow wire.

Works perfect with Alpine ILX-507

Very easy installation. Installed the ILX-507 with Maestro interface, and the instructions made it very easy to tap into the correct color-coded wires coming out of the back of the head unit. Everything functions exactly the way I want, where I can adjust EQ settings or display video while the vehicle is in motion or the hand brake isn't engaged. Very highly recommend this!

Hidden and seems to be working as advertised.

I like that it is hidden and is "automatic" in that I can operate the radio without having to deal with the parking brake. None of my other cars with factory radios do not require me to apply the parking brake and then release it to make certain functions on the radio to work. Great invention. I have only had it installed a couple of weeks so I do not know about durability.
