Easy to install, has been in my 2005 Denali for 6 months now with no issues. I used it to replace the stupid FM system for DVD player audio into the stereo and the other input for my phone/MP3 player. Sound quality is excellent.

PAC aPAC-GMC2
Wanted to add an auxiliary input to the factory stereo in my 2005 Silverado. Works exactly as described. Easy installation & set up, compact size is easy to hide under the dash. Still functioning flawlessly after 6 months. Had to give up the factory XM radio option, but I'd rather use my Ipod than the satellite. If this is also your preference, then this unit is the way to go for vehicles without a factory aux input. Also had to get 3.5mm jack and RCA adapters to finish plumbing it all in, but it works perfectly.
