Overall a good product. The directions for use, however, were inadequate. Basic information was missing. We obtained the missing instructions from a Q/A blog.

Great little cam for the money with one exception.
It works great and has a clear picture but forget about using it with a 9 volt battery. Mine ate up a brand new 9 volt battery in only a few hours. You must purchase the AC adapter for the camera.

Decent product
Surprisingly good sound and feature set for the price. A minor issue with the turn-on and turn-off tones. They are too similar and on occasion have had to toggle the power to see if it's on or off. They seem to have tried to get to 'fancy' with these tones for the noisy automotive environment.
Updates via a PC are not as straight forward as they should be. I had some difficulty getting mine updated, but succeeded.
For what it's worth, I bought a second one for my wife when Oregon went 'hands free' this year.

Would not buy again; the device consistently loses connection and a reset is needed to clear it up.. When it works, it's great.

Awesome product!
I would definitely recommend this product. It is very sleek and user-friendly. It syncs to a Bluetooth phone immediately.
