Decent bass and treble. Good headphones for the money. Controls work well with iphone.

The Original is best!
I bought the new version of these, i think the 1017gy, and something is not the same. I think its the bass. They are supposed to have the same driver I was told, but It just doesnt seem the same. I cant imagine the break in would make that big of a difference. I would highly recommend these over any other you might find out there! Great for sports, running anything. Wash them when they get dirty, a great pair of buds.

Sounds great with an interesting fit
these are one of the more interesting ear buds I have worn. they are definitely unique, im not quite sure if I am in love with the fit, but the sound is very good. I am especially fond of the colors, and the level of performance for such a cheap price. that would have to be the biggest advantage, the price. the fit is comfortable, but I dont think these isolate as well as ones with those foam or rubber tips. it doesnt really matter when music is playing though because the sound is good. overall I am pretty happy with them, I cant imaging there is much better for the price.
