Phoenix Gold

I have this amp in my car and it fits in the back window its the only thing i show, and with it my system puts out 110 db. I love my amp i wouldn't sell it ever it has served me very well.

great sounding powerful amp

If you are just looking for noise then I'm sure you can find a cheaper amp but this is a very high quality amplifier which has a lot of output and is pretty easy on your wallet too. I bought this amp about 3 years ago and had it in my old honda civic hooked up to a rockford he2 sub. The sound was incredible. I could barely use my rear view mirror in my car because of the vibration. Even though this amp is rated at 400 rms at 2 ohms I have blown 2 consecutive rockford he2 subs each rated at 400 watts rms and 800 peak. Like i said this amp puts out a lot of juice. Now i have it hooked up to a phoenix gold xenon series sub rated at 500 rms and i'm hoping it doesn't blow the sub since it has so much power.
I have over heated the amp a few times on my 2 1/2 hour drive to college and it will shut off but when it cools and turns back on it's perfectly fine...if this happens just give it some air to help cool it off

My brothers friend has this amplifier and i dont know much about car audio but i do know that i can hear him going down the highway a few blocks over the amp is the only thing i have seen but i do know whatever it is it puts out 110 db! witch apparently is good, and with this amp it sounds clean and not like the cheap w**m**** amplifiers!

Incredible AMP

Man i'll tell you what this AMP rock's, I've got it hooked to one 10 inch Infinity sub and it straight pound's, also just had a passage spill a whole 64 Oz soda in my ride and it poured all over the amp under the passage seat and low and behold that s.o.b. still works like a champ it drank a big a$$ soda and kept pounding the sub away if you can get one you most definitely SHOULD!!!!!!
