Phoenix Gold Ti 12

Great driver for the price! I used to run one off my Memphis MC-1500D in my blazer. I have tried tons of enclosures for it and performs awesome sealed or ported. Great sounding sub, awesome low end and with right amount of power and enclosure it can get loud and still retain a good amount of sq. I was running close to 1800rms to mine for 6 months, took the power with out a problem.

Pure quality sound with awesome bump!

I had this set up as clean as it gets. The best Eclipse with the top 5% of Japanese components pushing 16 volts to an adapter that made it useable to all of my JL amplifiers that included the JL 1000/1 that powered this beast. 1/0 Monster Cable kit wired to a 50 farad Fosgate capacitor and 1/0 ground all the way back to the battery. Needless to say, the sub was set up just fine in an oak box built for SQ. The bass was very tight, clear but pounded hard when you put on some booty music like the Ying Yang twins. It is the best of both worlds and could be adapted to be more four spl or sq by swapping voice coils and enclosure. Sounded just as good in my car if not better than my buddies JLW7. Hard to beat for the money. Just look up how it was engineered.
