Great upgrade

Replaced a Kenwood single din with this unit. More power, user friendly, the best radio yet and has a great picture. My only complaint is the iPod interface. My newer 160 gig classic will not display the album artwork, just a box where it should be and a musical note. I have contacted Pioneer several times and even purchased a Pioneer wire with no success. You should at least be able to turn that off so it gets rid of that icon. Other than that I love it.

The most awesome radio ever!

I love this radio! It fits perfectly in my car and has all the features I wanted in a car radio and more. Instillation was not too difficult but might not be for the faint of heart-- There was some minor dash modification required.

Great unit

I love this head deck It's awesome. I don't like how u have to buy the iPod cord to watch IPod videos. Just another way to suck money out your pocket. But other than that its awesome.

Awesome Head Unit!!

The is an awesome double din unit. Best purchase I've made for my system by far. The bluetooth works great, although wish it was a little louder. The sound quality is excellent. Videos look amazing, and the head unit does everything exactly how it should. Love that I can search for songs on the indash instead of the Ipod. It is a little slow on changing songs when an Ipod is hooked up, and sometimes it drives me crazy, but overall it's not too bad. Love the variable illumination and this Indash looks great. Touch screen also works flawlessly. I've had this for over a year and am still very happy with it. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought this pioneer indash reciever from sonic electronix, am very happy with this purchase and the services offered by sonic electronix. The only problem with this reciever is that it doesnt play HD files, which it should, i mean it was released in 2010, and HD was already there, but other than that it works real great and am happy with it. ( u can only play 720x480 resolution videos anything more than that it won't play) but its still RECOMMENDED!

Great head unit

It does everthing it says it does and looks great doing it. I wish it came with a remote though. I mounted it in a custom console in a 1963 Merc. and it looks great.

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT very good

Unit works great. Movies play good and the picture is beautiful. Works great with my iPhone.

Pros: Looks good, can change lighting scheme to match your interior
play movies good. main screen layout is good.
Front USB and SD card slot.
bluetooth.

cons: no rear usb connector.
bluetooth could be better with voice recognition (no button to hit like call home.)
no firmware update to fix miner bugs.

over all I'm satisfied with this unit, I would recommend this unit.

Flawless Performance

This unit was purchased for my 2007 frontier. It's so loaded for a medium line system. The sound quality is great, makes my factory speakers sound so much better. I also added the GPS and it works great as well. No street names but adequate alerts.

this unit does it all!

I installed this unit in my "05 Scion xB. Sonic Electronix supplied the Scosche wiring harness and dash kit, they worked perfectly.
The dvd player has a crystal clear picture. I have it split to my two 7" headrest monitors and they both look good too. I wish that the receiver had the rear monitors turned on by default.
The receiver's bluetooth is synced up with my cell phone and it works great and was easy to sync.
My iPod classic plays well through the receiver as does a 2mb sd card. The menus are a little akward but not too bad.
All-in-all this is a big upgrade over the oem receiver, I am very well pleased.

Very good product, I bought it to bring it to Chile and it has worked very well. I installed it on a Subaru Impreza 2007 and goes great.
Pros: Design, performance, digital inputs.
Cons: Missing a lid or the possibility of removing the front panel.

Summary: Very good product.

Awesome!

Great head unit. Sound is great, no lag time, touchscreen works great, even the bluetooth mic picks up sound amazing - everyone thinks I'm talking into my phone. Even the bluetooth connectivity setup is really great with the iPhone, the voice command works through the unit and works really good. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a value video double din. Only con I can think of is when playing video I can't get it to navigate along the timeline of the video - when it does the sound is off.

Other than that, works flawless.

AVH 3200BT Great Value

I recently purchased this Unit from Sonic Electronix and everything went smooth their customer Service assisted me concerning a shipping adj. with no issue. I also Installed the unit myself.
It works perfectly and is exactly what i was looking for as an upgrade to my factory unit, for my Ford Fusion. I purchased the Axcess ASWC to keep my Steering controls this was a little issue initially. Over all Sonic is great will order another product from them.

Pros: Very user friendly, customizable, I could go on and on.

Cons: It's hard for people to hear me when I use the blue-tooth function and I have the mic 2 feet away for me. Other than that I would really recommend this product.

Awsome

Just installed this head unit last night replacing my single DIN Eclipse 3200. This is my first touch screen double DIN head unit. All i can say is wow this is awsome. If you still enjoy buttons the volume is just two buttons up or down. I kind of wish it had a dial but buttons are located good and push easy. the sound quality of just the head unit without an amp on the high end is very good. I can push my speakers louder with less distortion than my eclipse. About my only complaint is i frequenty am adjusting the volume of my subs and have no external remote for my amp and is a little complicated getting to the sub output level compared to my eclispe that was about 2 clicks away. Other than that the picture quality is great and the bluetooth function with my phone (Droid 2) is awsome i should have bought this along time ago. Features are pretty good i havent hooked up an iPod or anything yet but from other reviews and videos on youtube it looks very easy to use.

Great Deck for the Price

I installed this in a 2010 Nissan Frontier and I love it. Sounds great, lots of customization regarding sound and looks. I would reccomend this deck to anyone looking for something of great value but remember this deck is less than $500 don't expect the world from it. It takes a few minutes to load videos from the ipod or iphone4 and the bluetooth isn't the best in the world but it does work well enough to use every day. Fast loading of ipod tracks even when there is 20,000+ songs.

Pioneer 3200bt

A very good deal for this screen. Can't beat the price because it comes with every option although you do have to buy a few extra cords for things like gps and the rearview camera. The menus are extremely easy to navigate and the equalizer of the screen is much better than any single din head unit. Only flaw is the screen is a little small, but at the same time it looks stock in my Lincoln LS. great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a double din radio. 5 stars!

Exactly what I wanted......

The AVH-P3200BT allows me to play my iPod, including playlists and search functions, just like I wanted it to. Lots of features without breaking the bank. I love it. Searching for locations on the GPS is a little tricky at first (street name without "road or street" typed in), but pretty easy to use.

nice unit

I appreciate that unit it has everything you can ask for. The sound is nice, it play all my copied cd's and dvd's and allow me to control my iPod. The screen is clear even in sunlight.

The only drawback is when you use it with a hard drive it take about 30 sec to start, but onced it is it work fine and you don't have to chage disk anymore.

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

I thinks this is the best double din on the market for the price. You get bluetooth along with many more features. Top quality sound, with top quality workmanship. The only thing I don't like about the headunit is the iPod cable plug right into the front of the head-unit unlike my 4200 which plugs in the rear.

Great Head Unit

I just got this thing installed on 3-4-2010. Pioneer hit a homerun with this one. You can customize each AVH unit to your specific needs(HD Radio,Sirius,Navigation etc) and this makes it more cost effective for the consumer. I-pod controls work as described. It's nice to be able to control it via the touch-screen just like a I-pod Touch. Bluetooth works great. No glitches with the phone connection. I don't know why the other user would try to use a phone as a wireless media player. Not something I would try to do with a cell phone anyway. The unit works great overall. Simple to use. Great investment for any vehicle. You do have to buy the remote and I-pod cable separately. There isn't a trim ring with the unit even though the installation manual says it does, so if you install it in an older domestic vehicle like my 2000 Expedition be prepared to buy one to frame the unit after installation.It mounted flush in the dash just the frame around it needs covering. You should be okay without it in the newer domestic and most older and newer imports as that what it looks like it was designed to fit best. That's the only drawbacks to the whole deal.

Beware of this bluetooth unit

Just got this unit after researching online and spent couple hundreds to install it. Somehow, the "Built-in bluetooth" is only working for mobile phone calling. It DOES NOT do Bluetooth audio streaming. I called Pioneer support and they said they were surprised when they got the unit themselves too figured that AVH-P3200BT is not as good as AVH-P3200DVD + Bluetooth Adaptor. Somehow, Bluetooth audio streaming is missing from this "Built-in bluetooth" function. Pioneer support warranty department said to me that it's not their fault about the unit as it's not defected. To me, I think it's their design flaw and their fault to not mention it in their product page. Pioneer, please put something like "Built in bluetooth not having full features as the add on bluetooth adaptor"!

Wanted to use it also with a Zune ... works OK through the Video input but not outstanding ... but i think it's more a zune issue than Pioneer ..

AVH-P3200DVD

I have the AVH-3200DVD not the BT, but it's mostly the same thing and I love it. It's got a lot of good audio features that your other cheap 150 dollar DVD players don't have. The high pass filter is an awesome feature and the adjustable loud feature is nice too and Pioneer claims 22 RMS watts which is pretty good since most only give you in the 15 to 20 range. I would recomend this thing to anyone instead of those other cheap ones like BOSS and what not.

Easy Install

At 54 years old, I have installed plenty of after market head units, my first was a console mounted Craig Power Play 8 track with Jensen 10" oval speakers in my 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
This unit by far was the easiest install thanks in part to the free wiring harness included from S.E.. It looks wonderful in the 2006 Subaru Baja and the call and sound quality are great.
The touch screen and interface are very easy to learn, maneuver and (with the large font) to read!
I highly recommend this product and Sonic Electronix!

1992 corvette

i had this unit installed in my 1992 corvette and it fit as if it was factory installed. No trim ring needed, and it looks and worked wonderfully, best buy I've made in a long time.

Great dvd-iphone player!

Sound is really good, at least in a Volks who have great speakers. Easy to use with the phone, that's 1 of the reason that I bought it, for the hand free cellphone, you can put more louder the volume without touching of the music sound. No bad review to put on that car radio, the dvd player is great. I had 1 minus problem, no image only sound watching a dvd...I only reset it and everything it's working, don't know why. For the Iphone cable, I bought the Pioneer cable so I can skip song by the radio.
