Ok so I have had this item installed on my car for about a couple weeks now. So far it works well with my bluetooth on my phone. You can steam songs directly off youtube which is a plus. I just cant figure out how to integrate the pandora app. I have pandora on my phone but the pandora on the radio stays dark and wont connect. Not sure how to get this working. So far I give it a thumbs up.

Awesome head unit! PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE BUYING FOR MIRROR LINK USE!

This head unit is fairly simple to use, offers great options and is aesthetically pleasing. The equalizer is awesome and you can just about adjust anything, the bluetooth phone is amazing and crystal clear, it even out-performs factory phones already built in to vehicles. The screen is really nice and is easy to use and tilt adjusts to several levels. Installation was fairly easy and the manual helps show you where the wires go and which ones are which. The only bummer about this head unit is that I am unable to use Mirror Link, THE REASON FOR THIS IS NEW DROIDS ARE USING MIRROR LINK SOFTWARE VERSION 1.1 AND PIONEER IS STILL USING VERSION 1.0, so if you are using a newer Droid it probably won't work.

This has tremendously upgraded my quality of life while in my vehicle.
Easy to use, easy to install. Get the emergency brake Bypass. it looked a bit crazy to install because of the extra mods i added to use my onstar and the bypass but was actually quite simple. color to color for the most part. fits great looks great sounds great, it has increased the power to my aftermarket speakers with no amp. video is great, bluetooth works well. i have nothing bad to say about this unit. if you want a 7 inch display go with this one. worth every penny.

Very Nice

This unit is very easy to operate and looks/sounds great. I'm using mine with a set of the cheapest component speakers I could find and it still sounds great, even without running any amplifiers. The sound control is amazing, and the bluetooth/pandora integration is top notch. Oh, and when the radio is playing before I start the car, it doesn't cut out or re-cycle its power as I'm starting the car :)

Great sound and controls

I really like this head unit. Very easy to hook u and use. The EQ is great and so far I am enjoying it. Gives you great control for all speakers. I wish it had a Spotify app built in, but the Pandora interface and Ipod works amazing.

Excellent Unit

Pioneer is a well known product and lives up to its reputation . It was easy to install and performs outstandingly. Would highly recommend this unit .

Almost perfect

This DD head unit is great. I like everything about it except for one issue and that can only be annoying if you are using the steering wheel interface. The radio and I believe it's the same on all Pioneer head units, doesn't recognize the radio bands as a source so when I use the source button on the steering wheel, it changes from radio,to Bluetooth, to Aux, to DVD, etc... but doesn't change from FM1 to FM2, to FM3, to AM. It is not a big deal because I only listen to a couple of radio station but every now and then I like to get the traffic report on an AM channel so I have to select AM from the screen of the radio (other head units changes bands by using the source button on the steering wheel).

I mainly upgraded my factory radio so I can have an integrated Bluetooth phone calling and I admit that this feature works great and I recommend this stereo for anyone who wants a good hands free integration.

I've had the pioneer unit for over a month and loving it so far. I get great feedback on the looks and design from my friends, when they ride with me. I have nothing but great things to say about this unit. My stock speakers can't take the power its putting out so replacing them soon. It's Bluetooth ready so you don't have to fight with your aux cord, but I also installed one just in case. This pioneer unit was exactly what I wanted and needed so I'm a happy camper.

Great radio/video player

Great product.. feels like a lot of money for a radio and Video player.. only issue I had on installation was the issue that the "radio connector" on the FORD was a different configuration than the plug in radio so for the 2008 Ford Focus you need to get an adapter for the radio plug. Would be helpful to have something in the Sonic web ordering system to kick out an adapter, just like they have for the wiring harness and the plastic mounting adapter for the radio.

I would recommend this product to anyone that us looking for a radio/dvd player. It's very user friendly and really like all the different types of face colors that thus unit has on it.

worst ever

I have spent a lot of money with sonic electronix on many different items. By far this is the worst product I have ever purchased. I have paid less for multi media head units. With sonic that are not brand names and got way better results. This unit sucks and is a complete waste of money. I am 100% unsatisfied with it. Cant use none of the features it offers unless I spend another $1,200.00 or more. I should of bought another DUAL flip screen multi media unit.

Fantastic Receiver

This receiver was put into an '09 CR-V, and the sound is tremendously better. We did not change any of the 4 speakers already in the car but the music sounded like we put in a high-end sound system with new speakers. I highly recommend this receiver. Also got the SirusXM hookup and it works seamlessly.

I absolutely love the sound quality and resdtion of this deck. The mounting kit and wiring harness that sonic electronics provided fit flawlessly and made installation a breeze. I have a true 3,300 rms system 2,500 rms re audio mono block, and two 100 rms x 4 Rockville full range amps on two sumo massive audio 15's. Massive r 6 components front and rear, massive r 1 tweets and Polk db 351 in the front stage with polk db 6x9's in rear deck. The sound quality is out of this world. I would recommend this head unit to anyone. I t is a true theater experience. TEN STARS
