Over all great unit

The following review is for a previous version (AVIC-7000NEX).

I have always been a Pioneer user, I upgraded from the AVIC-Z150BH to the AVIC-7000NEX. This has just about all of the same features as the Z150BH, just on a new user interface that I think was well done. Its very fast and responsive, and generally easy to use and operate. The one bad thing I can say about the 7000NEX is that if your one of those people who likes to bang your subs at a much harder then the average user does, you will notice a major thing missing: Pioneer has removed the "loudness & Bass Boost" features. Over all the unit has a great EQ and its sounds great, but the Loudness & Bass Boost feature were very nice to have and made a big difference on the sound and low end of bass. I'm still glad I made the change, and would recommend this to other people.
Oh, and the Mirrorlink feature is a if you use it to its full potential!

7200nex quick review

Overall very easy to use. Carplay and android auto worked flawlessly. On board nav worked well, not as good as Google bit that's a given. Sound quality was on part with other products of this caliber. Eq, time alignment and crossover features were easy to use.idatalink interface worked out of the box as well.2
Overall very happy with my purchase.

Nice System

This was a replacement for the factory unit in a 2011 Grand Cherokee that the screen went out on. With the proper wiring harness (I needed 3 different ones) hookup was easy so contact Sonic's support to make sure you have everything needed for your auto . It is a very nice upgrade over the factory system but be "warned" it did require a little modification to fit the mounting housing ( about a 1/16 to 1/8 inch tall) in the enter dash with a Dremal tool and it was a pain to get all of that wiring tucked out of the way. Outer dash panel fit perfect. Because it was listed on the website as a fit for my vehicle but needed to be modified I only gave it 4 stars on overall. But I do have to say the tech I talked to questioned if it would fit. Durability looks to be good but only time will tell that one.

Pioneer Avic-7200nex

First, the sales rep was awesome. I knew the general features I wanted, but there were some may options to choose from. He took the time to discus several radios and we finally zeroed in on the Pioneer. He also took the time to make sure the wiring connector and face plate were exactly right for my vehicle.
Everything arrived on time and with all the items. The only thing we missed was some plastic pry tools, but that was a small thing
I was able to follow the direction and install the radio system in about 3 to 4 hours. Everything worked perfect and I am very happy with the Pioneer system. I am also happy with the Anfroid auto for easy hands free phone calls. I recommend both the Pioneer radio and Sonicelectronix.

Best bang for buck

Typical Pioneer. On the higher end Pioneer products the reliability is rock solid, and the specs are on point. They always give you everything you pay for and then some. Instructions are on point, and screens are easy to navigate. Very easy to sync with OEM steering controls.

Excellent Upgrade

I was looking to upgrade my factory head unit and spent weeks reviewing several brands and decided to stay with a factory brand. I am really happy that I decided on this unit. What’s not to like...awesome features, great functionality and not a bad price as it was on sale! Very happy with this product!
