Great item after purchasing movies worked great but after I updated iPhone for some reason movies wouldn't show up on screen only audio, I found the trick to it though you must go to ipod on phone play a song and then control iPhone from screen then just search video and choose movie and all works great again. After six months of havin it I also never noticed a small button which says video if ur listening to audio or audio if ur watching a movie. Only thing doesn't charge iPhone only iPods.

Great Product

I would recommend this product. It was easy to install and allows you to connect an ipod to your pioneer headunit and scroll through artists, playlists, etc. It also keeps your ipod charged.

Pioneer CD-i200

I purchased this cable so that my iPod Touch 3rd gen could interface with a Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD deck. The cable works great and I've had no issues. The audio and video both seem to run through the USB connection only, so I'm not sure what the mini jack is for. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that my particular head unit only has a USB connection on the front, so the CD-i200 is always dangling out from the front of my deck when I'm using my iPod. It's not really a big deal, I would just prefer to have USB on the back as well.

A must if you want to use your i pod in your car.

Works flawless. Charges your i pod and gives you complete control. If you have a Pioneer head unit that is i pod compatible then you must buy this product.

Great product and transaction

Very happy overall with the product and the transaction. Made the mistake of trying to be cheap and ordered 2 off of another site. Both were cheap after market cables that only played in 1 channel and made a loud noise when switching tracks. Big mistake. Wish I would have ordered from here to begin with. Transaction was flawless. Big thumbs up to SonicElectronix.com. Look forward to my next purchase.

I brought an iPod hook wire for my cd player and it works good hooked right up. It's a good product.

As advertised, it makes connecting the Ipod foolproof- it plugs securely into the radio & Ipod- It's long enough to hide the Ipod in the glove box, console, or other storage area - The connecter protective cap is anchored to the cable (are you listening Mr. Jobs?) - Initially, I thought it was a littlr pricey but it does the job very well

This cable is easy to use: Plug it in to your deck, plug in iPod and go. The iPod connection is solid and it has a cover to protect it when the iPod is gone. It makes using your iPod as easy as inserting a CD.

Sweetness

The CD-i200 has worked out great. It provides full functionality of my iPod directly through my Pioneer head unit. The only downside is the amount of text you can read on your stereo, doesn't allow you to see as much as on the iPod screen, but you can scroll through Playlists, Albums, Artists or whatever you want just like you are using your iPod, right from the stereo. The sound transmission is excellent. I have the product for over a year and am still very excited to have bought it. If you have an iPod and a compatible Pioneer head unit, you need this product!

Hard to find

When I purchased this product about 6 months ago it was very hard to find. The product worked to hook up my satelite radio to my pioneer stereo deck. When I bought the product the original one went out 3 weeks after I had it installed. I called and they had a new device to me with 3 days. I didnt have to send the first one back until I recieved the new one. Must have just been a defect because the new one has worked just fine.

It is average as product

In fact, I find that for the price it's too expensive, and more, it does not support the recharge of the battery iPhone or iPod.

The only ipod cable for many pioneer products

The title should say it all. If your not using USB or AUX than this is the ipod cable for you. Charges the ipod and allows (depending on HU) to use the ipod directly. only bad things are that it doesnt allow picture or video transfer to your HU and when the car is off your ipod drains.

iPod Adapter

I replaced my stock HU in my Scion xB that had a factory iPod connection with a Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD that has a hella lotta functions, but in order to use them, ya gotta purchase individual cables for connectivity.
I got the Pioneer CD-i200 from SonicE for my iPod connectivity and it works FLAWLESSLY ! The price was the absolute lowest I could find, fast shipping to boot......

Works great with the Ipod

I purchased the CDi200 for my son to use in his car an he is very happy with it. He loves being able to control his Ipod from the radio.

Pioneer cdj's are the Best!!

What else is there to say about Pioneer, their simply the best!! I've used other brands and this Pioneer is awesome, from the jog wheel lighting up, looping, effects, all the way to the durability that this unit has. If your a dj just starting and you have a budget, you simply just CAN'T go wrong with this unit. I own 2 and i love them, and until i can afford the Pioneer DVJ 1000 for my video's, the 200's are the best I've owned as a mobile dj.... GO PIONEER!!!

Pioneer cs-i200

It is a good cd player except the fact that it skips when you hit bumps while driving. I like how it has the ipod connection and that it is a mp3 player.

Great integration

I have this hooked into an Avid-D3 and the iPod integration in the Pioneer head units is amazing. All of the audio controls are right at your fingertips and it charges while it's plugged in so there's no worries of the battery dying. CD's are gone and the iPod is in.
