Pioneer 33HD
I have this in my 98 eclipse and it functions great. It is simple to use if you just take a couple of minutes to read the manual and not try to work it on your own. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stereo at an affordable price.

Keep Saving...
Back in the day, Pioneer is all I purchased for Decks back when their Premier Series was still around. Now after looking at these newer "low-end" Decks from Pioneer, I must say I am a little disappointed.
This Deck has a pretty decent EQ and puts out a pretty clear signal to my Speakers although, this is not very "user-friendly" at all. I found it very hard to navigate this Deck to get to where I needed to be.
On a Plus side, the front USB feature is nice for quick connections between USB Drives, iPods and MP3 Players, and 2 RCA outputs on the back to install more than one Amplifier.
Overall, for in it's price range, I would suggest saving a bit more and looking into either the DEH-P8300UB or DEH-P7200HD.

Good Radio, but not user friendly
The controls are a joke. I have a hard time switching from one function to another. The volume and tuner controls are in the same dial which leads to massive confusion.
The stereo itself and the features are a good deal for the money. I only wish it were easier to operate.

Pioneed DEH-33HD
Installed myself in a 2005 Dodge Stratus, took a minute to set up (including turning off subwoofer on the R R Speaker to remove "pothole bass" effects) Powering a Kenwood KEH8105D amp and a pair of 10" Polk DXi Series speakers.
The sound is clear, the bass hits well, the HD radio is awesome. My only complaint is the user interactions, but once you learn the screen, you can tell how the menus work and set up easy. Biggest one is the subwoofer control is only available when the unit is "off", so if your speakers sound bad, turn the unit off, and look for subwoofer controls in the interface, it uses the purple wires (R R) as a sub input also.

not too bad ,not that good
the bad :
1.first of all i hate the display - in 2005 (yes) honda civic radio seats in an angle and you can barely see the display cause its not bright enough plus it has not enough characters - 2 lines on display would be nice
2.and HD radio - when signal is fading a bit ( i guess ? dont know exactly how it is working with HD) radio switches to regular FM and you can hear sound quality dropping ,next second when you get better signal - sound is better - that is kind of annoying
3. dont have usb in the back of the radio
the good : everything else is working good - FM ,mp3 CD ,or USB mp3
and the aux input - using it to play radio from cell phone
