Good buy

I say I haven't owned it but I just put this deck in my girlfriend's car so I definitely hear it all the time. It has awesome controls. I did not use the manual to learn how to work it. I use the ipod controls all the time. Well worth it. But the thing that really makes me happy with this deck is that it makes her 03 Ford tauras sound like it has a small system. I was amazed on the bass for factory speakers. And the many different screen presets are great too.

Great Product!

Overall this is the best receiver I have come across. Besides the amazing sound quality and the 7 eq bands, the ipod interface is very fast and user friendly.

The only difficult thing to learn with this head unit was using the 'multi-control' to control every aspect of the receiver. Despite being difficult, it took me about 10 minutes to figure it out, without the manual.

This value is hard to pass up since it includes the installation hardware and the ipod cable. You won't find a better deal nor head unit for the price.

Best Bang For Your Buck

I've owned this deck for a couple of months now and it has to be the best one ive used. The control knob takes some time to get use to but over all i love the usb input. Reads most usb devices, doesnt read creative mp3 players but thats ok, i just use my thumb drive and my cellphone.
Ive always used pioneer and i will continue to do so.

Very good cd player!

The finish of the cd player is exquisite. The black and chrome details are incredible. The display is great, even in direct sun light you can reed what is says. The usb function is great, it's easy to use, and you get a great sound. I nearly never use cd's, get a memory stick and enjoy.

The only negative part is that the main joystick is sometimes hard to control if you drive on uneven ground.

I just got this deck for mine own self. it took me about two months to figure out how to set the time but other than that its a bad ass deck best there is out there

This is a great cd player

This CD player is a great addition to anyones stereo system the Ipod hook up is easy to use and the 7 band EQ makes the sound quality of all your speakers better I recommend this deck for anyone it is cheap and reliable.

Great

Great unit. Plays everything wonderfully.
My only gripe is the blue/black screen is VERY dim in sunlight. If its in direct sun I have to cup it with my hand to shade it otherwise it's near impossible to see. However, at night, the blue light seems very bright in contrast.

Great Head Unit

This stereo is the best I've ever had. I've owned several head units (JVC, Jensen, Kenwood) and each one has no comparison to this one. It can be slightly confusing at first, but once you read the manual, it is really easy to use. The iPod plugins are also very nice, and easy to use from the unit. Great power, great sound. Overall a really good stereo.

Bought the deck from sonic they shipped fast. Has really nice iPod controls and functions. No more CD's.

I have this stereo in my 1998 Accord powering 6.5 stock speakers and 6 x 9 stock speakers (for now) along with a Kicker dcvr12" and Kicker 400.1 amp. This stereo not only looks great but it has so many different features to fine tune your music you can customize your car to sound better then many other cars with after market products. I highly recommend this stereo to anyone and everyone who wants an amazing boost to their car audio and sonic is the best place to buy especially with the free install kit and wiring harness. A+ No Problems

OMG, this definitely improved the sound quality of my speakers. Pioneer really makes the best recievers ever. The USB feature stands out with this Unit, almost making CDs obsolete. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for excellent sound quality, and a USB portfor connection to the iPod, making it very iPod user friendly.

great hu

I just installed this HU in my 98 dodge ram and it works great. This unit does a lot of functions for sound and for what you listen to. You do need to read the owners manual to get use to all of its great functions. I am running off the internal amp for now, but with the EQ it made my stock speakers really come to life compared to the factory unit. Sonic is also a great company to do business with. Fast ground shipping to NC. I will buy from them again.

GREAT DECK!

I recently bought this deck for my '05 f-150 and it looks great! The blue lights look way better than the stock green unit. The motorized faceplate is also very nice. The controls take a little to get used to, but it one takes a day or so. GREAT DECK

Great receiver

This receiver has all of the options I need and or want. Plus it comes with the free ipod cable. What more could you ask for. I used to have an kdc7019 and this thing is much nicer than that was.

Well worth it

This product works flawlessly. My friend has this installed on his 2005 F150. Makes the stock speakers SO much clearer and louder. It also reduces static in songs, and makes them a lot crisper. AMAZING DEAL FOR THE PRICE.
