Class FD!!

I researched for months before buying these amps. I considered Alpine, Xtant, Rockford, Kicker, Cadence, DLS and many more. Then I read about digital amps and the Class T and Class FD. After many reviews I bought 2 of these amps. They were chosen based on size, thd, s/n and noise floor, power and draw. I run 1 as a 2 channel to my 3-way setup in the front stage with 1" tweeters, 2" mids and Kicker 8" DVC's at 300 watts by 2. The other drives my Kicker 12" L7 driver with 600 watts rms. I love their output and yes the clicking sound when they turn on is normal.

Nice two channel

If you are thinking about getting two subs, but aren't sure they will fit, or dont have money for two, getting a two channel amp like this one is a good move. I might upgrade to two tens in my trunk. Given you will still pump the same amount of watts, more speaker surface area increase volume because the potential for more air to be pushed is increased. If you have one, bridge it to four ohms.

all great power

This is as close to Class T as you may ever get in car audio with the Class FD amp here. I have 2 of them I have them mounted in my car in a fiberglass amp rack. I haven't heard a cleaner amp since my Xtant x603 and these didn't set me back $1000 either

outstanding

Perfect for my two front Cadence components (which require 150 RMS each) Blasting for hours and the amp is still cool to touch! Outstanding!
