Ridiculous

This subwoofer wangs like no other. I have it in the back of my Ranger and it has knocked my rearview mirror OFF and i have it running on just 500 watts!! By far the one of the best subwoofers out there. My friend has 2 alpine type r's and this thing is just as loud. Definitely buy this sub!!!!!

thing a massive

this sub is ALOT bigger than what the pic makes it out to be. Seriously a monster. We built a box with 4 of them in a single cab f150 and hit 153.8 at the dash.

Pioneer bangers

I got two of these 12's. They are the bomb. I come through shaking the block. The haters look at me like I'm crazy, but I just keep on banging. These subs are the best deal for the price. You will not be disappointed.

Unbelievable bass

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a sound out of this world. I am running a 760 watt amp and i cant imagine what the bass would be if i was running the full thousand watts through it. I will guarantee you will be blown away if you have very thing properly hooked up.

Bump!

I got two of these in my eclipse and man do they bump! When i took them out of the box i was amased how giant and heavy they were. Kinda hard screwing them in straight due to the massive magnet weight they have. Very nice quality. I heard others compare these to the W-6. Very happy with these and make sure YOU DONT UNDER POWER THEM! And get a capacitor from Sonic while you are at it!

SPL Monster

Wow, definitely a monster. I thought this sub would look smaller but it definitely exceeded my expectations in power and size. I have two of these in my Chevrolet Suburban and I'm pushing 2000 watts rms out of these bad boys. My doors just want to fly off and my mirror just wants to fall off. I definitely recommend a nice battery and alternator with these subs. These are straight spl monsters and sound clear and deep. Get these and get some Dynamat!

BANG FOR THE BUCKS ...NOT PATHETIC!

I have 1 in a 2'sq vented box with actually a 1600watt redline amp powering it(set at 1/4 power running 8ohm) and that sub rocks for the whole ride to work and back home. Amp never gets hot, sub sounds clear the entire time which is great no overheating distortion. For $125 this sub is actually a decent sub yes not the greatest but it is also not over $150. I would recommend this sub for those who are looking for clarity not setting off car alarms as you drive by. (and if you like that stuff then spend the money and get what you pay for) P>S> been installing systems for the past 17 yrs heard LOTS of speakers...........

Big Sound

I have two of these in my car man do they hit if you sit in the back seat you can actually get a massage. It sounds really good I have them in a mediocre box right now but it doesn't hesitate to shake the house. I park down the street and I can still hear the bass shaking my house I feel bad for my neighbors for keeping me up with their music at night now it's my turn! But really these do not need much room to make themselves heard they are loud i like how they are made air suspended but these cannot handle more than one thousand rms for sure they will start smokin and eventually burn so keep it exact or less than 1000rms.

BA Subwoofer

I own just one of these powered by a Kenwood 1800watt amp at 2ohms pushing about 900watts in a ported box. But I realized that when I bought the box for it it was way to small so I'm getting one custom made for it but even in a small box this bad boy thumps I can tell that it wants to get big but it cant cause of such a small box. But you just need on of these to thump and for such a cheap price this is good if your on a budget.

Absolutely Pathetic

Had this sub running to a 800watt RMS amp at 2 ohms and even though the cone moved very well the output was pathetic. My old 400watt Premier sub put out a lot more.thought something was wrong with it and sent it back and was told it was fine, if so then it is the worst sub I have ever owned or heard and I've owned quite a few in last 15 years.

What was I thinking......

I have a 2005 Honda Civic with 2 of these in a ported box. I have owned a few Premier series subwoofers in the past but never anything like this. THESE SUBS ARE HUGE! 28 lbs a piece. The pictures of these subs in no way give you any idea about the power you will need to push them. The stiffness of the cone gives the impression you could stand on them. I have 2 Bazooka mono 700 watt amps on these and they barely move, but the bass is impressive to say the least. I live outside the city limits and can be heard almost a mile away.

These SUBS own!

I got 2 of these subs in a fifth order box that is ported through the rear deck in my deville and man do these things pound!!! Alot of people are hesitant when I tell them I have pioneers for subs but there jaws drop when I let them here the music get down! I will say that you have to but the better quality pioneers when purchasing subs cause if you think your going to go to walmart to get this quality then forget it.

Forgotten SPL

Pioneer premier needs to come back. Up until a day like today. I bought these subs in 2009 and today 2021 still has them going strong. Just the rubber that has been dried out but still plays like a champion Pro. My reason is I haven't found a sub that plays like it in its league. Frequency response 18-700 Hz. Now that's some good lows to offer. Guess they forgot they had fans like me that were waiting for a comeback.
Always wanted to know why the discontinue of that golden product. Can you imagine with a sub like that? Champion series pro fans can tell when they hear one play. The bass is so unique that in quality it separates itself from the others to stand alone like a Champion PRO. And I never say that I made the wrong decision the time I bought the Pioneer Premier.TS-W3001D4. 12 years going...Great built ????????????????
