Pioneer TS-A1686R

Range of 32 - 38,000 hz coming from my door speakers really make me hear things I missed from my Pioneer 4 ways I bought in 2004. Now my 12 year old speakers still sound clearer than many of my friends door speakers. I don't care about bass from inside speakers because I have a sub for bass. These things get loud with my 60 rms watts going to these speakers. I stop the volume around 20 and it goes up to 50 because these really scream when listening to artist that can hit those high notes. These can handle an amp but do not have to be amped to sound good.

I bought the pioneer ta-a1686r to go in my front door of my 2011 Chevy Impala the speaker sounds pretty good considering running them off the head unit the highs rolls off pretty crisp and the midrange is Also decent the bass is ok highly recommend if u want a good speaker to run off the head unit
