Excellent Speakers, Excellent price

I purchased these for my grand caravan, it took less than 1 hour to install 4 of these. The holes line up perfectly with the factory speakers so no drilling required.

Some web sites say you can't install 6x9 in the front due to depth, but there is more than enough mounting depth for these.

the sound is incredible, even with the factory deck...i can't wait to hear these with the new pioneer head unit i ordered.

i would reccomend these to anyone who want to improve their sound for very little money.

Great Speakers Very Loud!!

Very good looking speakers good price and great quality. I installed these speakers and they sound soo much better than my old ones and I have them connected to a hifonics amp soo they are extra loud now. I reccomend these speaker if you want to upgrade your sound.

Great sound

i have 4 of theese wired in 2 ohm powered by a X200.2 with bass blockers and they are amazing!! very clear no distortion. if you like clearty and loudness this is for you..im running mines as Hi's

Pioneer Speakers

Great Speakers; fast shipping. I only wish they would have told me there were connections to hook speakers to factory wiring harness without cutting factory wires. I had to find out from a friend that there were connectors you could purchase to connect to factory wiring without cutting your factory wiring. After purchasing the speakers, I found out Sonic Electronic sells the adapters that plug right into your factory wiring harness. Thanks, other than that, I will purchase again.

Good Value, Nice Aesthetics

Speakers were worth the purchase. Paired with the Jensen POWER1500.5D I am happy with the sound. They are being overdriven to 60 watt RMS and have held up for about a month. I listen to my music loud too.

Component install process took a star away but you should know what you're getting into before getting components.

WOW

I had a pair of old speaker boxes in my van that I'd had for years swapping 'em into whatever rig I had at the time. The drivers of these finally wore out but, being an old unique size I couldn't find replacement drivers. Having faith in Pioneer 6x9's that I have mounted elsewhere in my van and in my Jeep this is what I went with. Using a jigsaw to enlarge the hole the installation was very strainghtforward, but what I was unprepared for was how these speakers helped me realize the full power of the amp that had been in place for the last 10 years. Wow!

Great speakers for the $

I wantd new speakers for my little car but needed them on a budget. I researchd around but figured that when you think pioneer, you think sound equipment. Thats what they do and they must be the best. I got these and got them installd. They work great!! They have really great bass by them selves and just overall, really great for the price.

Great bang for the buck!

Purchased 2 pairs of these (4 speakers) for a 2011 Sentra, and when paired with a decent amp, they come alive. Like some of the other reviews, these speakers are meant to be played with some kind of sub in place. They love to have a HPF set to 100hz or so, and handle quite a bit of power. I'm pushing roughly 85-90% of the power they'll handle with a Kenwood amp, and they don't distort even all the way up. The only complaint I would have is that they are a bit lacking in the bass department, and the highs may be a bit too piercing. Overall, if you leave the EQ flat on the high-end, and use an HPF, and *especially* use a separate amp, these speakers will give you what sound you want. I listen to hip-hop, alternative rock, pop, 80's basically anything you can imagine, and they play the sound great! Definitely worth the money, if you need new speakers and have a sub in place or are going to get one, these will be a great fit for you!

These speakers sound ok but there is almost no midrange bass which is odd for them being 6x9 other than that they sound good

I was replacing my stock speakers and installing a subwoofer to the truck so I didn't need low end bass from these. Using stock head unit, these things can get impressively loud without distortion and have crystal clear highs for a budget non-component speaker. It fit in my 2006 Dodge RAM front doors by reusing the bracket from the stock speakers.

Great Bass Great Price

Amazing speakers with great bass response. Pair these with a decent head unit or amp and unless you're a bass head you probably won't need a sub. I recommend these for great bass and clarity at a great price!

Got them on time install was easy and sounds great with just the factory stereo gonna get an aftermarket stereo soon and an amplifier and see how they'll sound all and all great product

super clear

I have had these 6x9 for some time now and they are super clear and loud. I don't have a amp on them yet but yet I don't think they will need one. These thinks kill when they are turned up! would def re-buy!!
