I had these speakers running off a 200w pioneer amp and the sound quality was unbelievable. You cannot find a better pair of 6x9s for that price. There are lots of other great speakers that probably sound as good or better, but if your on a limited budget you have to get these.

My friend has they in his car and overall they are fine. The tweeters are somewat harsh and midbass is ok. Bass is lacking but thats wat a sub is for. I think these speakers are a good budget speakers but if you can afford a little better quality do so.
