I was shocked!
I have a 2008 Mercedes SL 550 and it original had Bose 6.5" and a 3.75" speaker in the doors. I put in a pain of xr-1701 6.5's in the these pioneer ts-a879 -3.75's. These little guys have some beef to them and they pound !! The tweeter is excellent as well. They out class all other 3.75" speakers by far. Only other is the Infinity Kappa perfect. But that is a different type speaker.. Trust me , give these a good look.
