Excellent stock replacements

These speakers make great replacements for stock speakers. They work just fine on stock radio power, and offer slightly improved midrange and treble thanks to the tweeter. If you were satisfied with how your stock speakers sounded and just need them to be replaced, then these would be a great choice for you.

i put these in place of some really old pioneers and they are great really good highs i also have 6x8s 72Rs and together they are great i would buy these if u need good speakers for a good price

Good Value

I bought this product to replace my speakers in my truck. This is a good buy if you' re just looking to get rid of your old busted speakers. The only thing I had a complaint about is that this speaker doesn' t put out bass as I expected but good buy for the cost.

Pretty good

They are good for the price but lack a little on the bass end of things so if your looking for good bass you'll want to spend a little more than these to get that. They have great mid and upper ranges though.

Nice upgrade from factory

Fits right in the holes of door speakers. Not like the old days. Only needed new ends for different terminals on speaker. Pleased with increased frequency response, hi and lo. Wish everything in life was this easy and quick (20 min/door). A great value.

Good speakers

I replaced my factory speakers with these. Pioneer makes good stuff, these speakers work great with lower wattage. I am using a Pioneer HU that feeds them 15watts RMS each. These speakers have good sensitivity, so they don't need alot of power to sound good. I like the shallow mounting depth, you don't have to worry about the window hitting them when you mount them in a door. Hi's are clean, and mid's are strong. Great sounding speakers for a cheap price. Some people complain about the lack of bass, but these speakers are not designed for bass. These speakers are for hi's and mid's only. I use the high-pass filter in my HU to keep lower freq's off these speakers. If you want bass, get a subwoofer/amp setup. These speakers do what they are designed to do.

Perfect value!

In my previous whips only these I had in it but they were hard to find so i waited until i found them again. This product make the music perfect in middrange which also contributes to a perfect surround sound and HEY! talk is cheap but hearing is believing

Good speakers

I bought these almost 2 years ago and they're still playing really well. I have them as a cheap upgrade from the stock speakers. Clarity is much improved, especially with the mids and highs. They do lack ability on the lows however. This was not a problem for me though because that's what I have a sub for. I've turned my stereo all the way up (literally) and they still produce clear, undistorted sound, as long as you have turned the treble and bass down. For the average person or just someone starting to get into car audio (like me) these are fantastic speakers.

Great value, especially at a Sonic price!!!

I bought these at a local store, paid $65 for them, for what I paid for them, they're alright, have had them for a year now, been through a lot, for how cheap pioneer is, they have durability and value down to a T...If you are looking for a nice factory upgrade but don't have a lot of cash...get these.

loud and clear

If you are looking for quality then pioneer is where it's at. I purchase this only for my highs and they have not let me down ! I wouldn't recommend for bass but highs yes.

pretty good

This sub is a good starter kit i had it for about three months it sounded great and i learned alot but now i have a 15 inch kicker and its a huge upgrade. i would recommend this to any who is looking to begin a sound system

Crystal Clear

I got these speakers to replace my blown stock speakers in my 97 GMC Suburban. For the price, they pump out crystal clear sound and are just amazing, definitely worth the price.
