great looking & sound clear but not that loud

I bought these to replace my mtx rtx88 mids.These speakers are loud & clear and sound very good but the mtx speakers are louder and sound just as good.
These speakers are huge so make sure you have the room for them.

Awesome

I put these in my moms car as a joke and I ended up at the dumb end of the stick. They are clear and with enough thump that I got pilled over in her car playing her gospel musc by accident.

Impressive sound quality

I purchased two of these speakers to help "fill" in the mid base. I used the nvx 800.4 to power them and installed a control knob for added control. These speakers are very powerful, clear and greatly enhanced the overall sq of my system. The grill that came with them also added to the eye candy factor.

AMAZING!

I have four of these hooked up to a Hifonics Zeus 2000rms amp(which I also bought from Sonic) They are loud and clear! At high volumes I can park outside a Mall and it will be like a live band playing outside! Together with my Four Pioneer TS-W310s (which I also bought from sonic) hooked up to the Next Gen Hifonics Brutus 2400rms... The Gods Truly smile upon me when they hear their instruments Celebrated by man!! POWER FROM THE GODS...

Pioneer TS-M800PRO

This speaker is GREAT!! Mated with a JL 13W7 my bandwidth is complete. I replaced an old set of Realistic 8's in a truck wedge box and wow what a difference. Currently powering them with a JL 300/4 amp. I chose them because of the frequency response and sensitivity. Lowest frequency 8" driver that I've seen. Most start at 125-150Hz but this goes down to 50Hz which is what I was missing. Doesn't bottom out...can't wait 'til that surround breaks in! SQ, good looks and great price are all covered.

Too much

I bought these 8 inch to put in some old cabinets I had to work with my older 10 inch Pioneers . Problem is that they have way more bass response the my 10's do and even seen to be slower or fast at putting out the sound . Just can not seem to adjust the EQ to get them to work together . Plane on buying some horn tweeters to try bring some highs into the cab's with the 8 inch . They are ok if you want boom boom but I want true sound .

Pioneer TS-M800PRO

Nice lower frequency range if tuned correctly. They are durable and project sound nicely in my current application (inner bags of an HD Road Glide Special). Very satisfied.
