Slightly disappointed with this

I got the Planet Audio 10frad power cap and it’s hooked up to a sound Soultion SSL EVO2500.1 Mono block amp And even with the Gain all the way down on the amp my lights in my camry still dimmed I dnt think it’s a tru 10frad cap. Also I found it difficult to charge with the diode they give you with it.

Great looks. Great working. Can't go wrong

Purchased to add to my system due to headlights dimming horribly. The planet audio hybrid capacitor works flawlessly. And stunning looks to boot! At $59 is a great value.

Charge correctly!

I have more then 2000rms going though my entire system and this works fine , I think you guys just not charging it correctly when taking it out the package or not charging it at all!! Or just putting too much power to it yes not a true 10f capacitor we all should know this cause it's planet audio not Rockford Fosgate!!, but at most it's probably an 8 or 6 meaning it should be able to handle 2000rms easy anything more then that is pushing it .

mediocre

This capacitor is supposed to be more than enough for a 1500 watt system and after installing the lights dimming is still happening just not as bad before. I bought it to stop it all together which is why i bought a 10 farad.
