Great Product

What a deal found here. The price for what you get is the best. I checked a lot of places for this stereo and found it cheaper here. The sound is awesome in my 2013 Ram 1500. The navigation works great. Can't wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Connecticut. Easy to install because Sonic Electronix carried all the RIGHT accessories needed for the install. The picture on DVD looks great, even in sunlight. So many pluses to list. There was only one issue (which honestly wasn't that bad). I was promised it would arrive on a certain day, but didn't. A day later was when it came. When I received it, I looked at my receipt and they took $10.00 of my purchase. That well made up for it being one day late. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends and will buy from them in the future.

Nice Unit

Best GPS I've ever used although some features are a bit hard to find in the menu. The sound is much better than the stock radio it replaced. The back-up camera is a welcome addition to my truck. All in all, I'd recommend this unit.

Awesome full featured car audio/video/nav unit for way less than the big name brands

I love this stereo unit. So many features and crazy easy to use. I hooked it up and installed it and havent even cracked the users manual yet so im sure it does way more than ive experienced so far. I almost forked over the big bucks for a big name brand unit but im glad i didnt. I installed it in an 03 dodge ram pickup with existing infinity sound system so I had to buy a couple axxess adapters for the existing amp and steering wheel controls. If your doing something similar, spend the extra dough for the correct adapters and peripheral controls. You wont regret buying this head unit. Do not buy a cheaper chinese no name unit off ebay; been there, done that, they are garbage. You cannot get a better unit for the price of the planet audio. Thanks for a great product.

Great gift

My adult son specifically ask for this for Christmas. When he opened it he was happy that he got exactly e=what he wanted. He was pleased with all the functions on the product.

Good value

Great value for the price. Navigation works really well... Bluetooth is great, picture quality on DVD is good, only downfall I see is the radio tuner doesn't seem as strong as my stock radio. But I still really like the radio in every other aspect

nice sound

This unit sounds better than the original equipment of my 2008 dodge Ram. The CD player works well. The gps works slow but picks up a signal well once it is finally on and running. The Bluetooth is not voice activated but after installing it the description doesn't say it is - too bad for me. I should have paid better attention before ordering it as well as if I got a larger screen unit it would fit my truck better. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase of this unit but disappointed in my choice as I overlooked some things I wanted in a car stereo.

Better than expected

Good product with nice features for the money. Installed it myself with little to no issues. GPS works nicely. The description says it wont play music while GPS is on but it does.BIG deal to me.I almost didn't order it cuz of that. I didn't install a backup camera or swc so i can't speak for that. I paired it with a set of infinity pr8602cf's and it sounds awesome. The bluetooth paired up easily to my iphone and my kyocera flip phone(work phone). I have alot of cab noise in my f150 super crew so i can't say the sound is crystal clear but may be better in a quieter vehicle. Dvd player works nice. Good picture. Radio reception didn't change from factory radio
Cd's sound good as well as playing music on a memory stick.
I've had it for a month and found no issues yet.
For $200 i am very satisfied.

Buy if you don't needt to use gps

The GPS is a JOKE, very outdated, turns 180 degrees at will causing you to reset your trip as the arrow starts pointing downward (reversing the map) I located my antenna for the GPS right in the center of my dash next to the windshield so that should not be the problem at all. I believe it is the GPS software its self but I will go back to using my trusty portable Garmin unit, so don't buy if you are buying for the GPS ! Every other thing about this unit works great and looks great. PS, even if your GPS would work fine for you, keep in mind that it will cost you about $70 to update the software.
