Astonishing clarity, minimal bass

These speakers sound great on the high end, I've had these in my Toyota Pickup, and can say I haven't heard any other speakers even close to this price range that hits the highs like this, component or not. That being said, I wouldn't buy these if you don't have some sort of subwoofer, because as the frequency response says, they don't like anything below 80 Hz. I'm going to put a 400uF cap inline with these to cross them over at 100 hz, and that should take care of it. But I am more than satisfied with these speakers, for this price they can't be beat and to top it off, they look cool too!

I like them alot sounded great when i first tryed them out, i put them in my toyota truck.. and i think they only performed better after playin them for a while. Great product would buy again. Not recommended with high power applications.. but sounds good.

I ordered these for my dads honda motorcycle I also ordered the 6 1/2 inch version as well for my moms jeep and for the price I'm highly impressed they sound clear and Get loud with little to none distortion

awesome purchase

Does exactly what it is suppose to. I have had it running now for a couple months and I have not come across one thing to complain about. The clarity and the increase in signal is just awesome. One of the best ones I have bought for the price.

Can't beat them for the price

I got these for the back doors of my wife's 1999 forester to replace the rotted out factory crap. They were inexpensive and sound good. They are not amazing, but they also don't have an amazing price.

very musical does what i need and sum

bought 4 of these to replace as tweeters. have 2 on each channel wired them in series at 8 ohms and ran them parallel with my planet audio 5 1/4 and so far its great soon to add amp will definitely get that from sonic 2 but 20.00 bucks is a steal. i would recommend to any one. Right on Sonic.

Replacement speakers

These were purchased to replace/repair speakers in a mini-jukebox. They are working better than the original speakers.

lot's of sound in a tiny package!

I bought these to replace the dash speakers in my old Ranger expecting a bit of work getting them to fit; to my surprise they came with enough hardware to do a professional installation and they sound so good I'm going to have to replace the rear speakers now! These speakers delivered premium sound at a discount price and I highly recommend them to anybody wanting better sound in their car. The only place I can criticize them is the tacky logo shining through the grills-it gives away the fact that I have a $300 stereo in my $100 truck!

These are awsome speakers even without an amp then and in an amp and cover your ears. But remember to order 2 these are single speakrrs your buying

They are generally pretty good speakers with responsive bass at higher frequencies. But not crystal clear. Still good speakers!

Decent sound, but...

Couldn't be mounted behind existing grills as there are too tall. Supplied grills don't work on dashboard locations.

4 inch speakers

I am using these babies as high mid range speakers and they work great.Good sound quality and excellent sound all around.The price is good and so is the quality of the product.Highly recommended.
