Power Acoustics 4GA Kit

This wire isn't as thick of a gauge as it says. I'd rate it a 6 or 5 gauge. Also, the outer coating seems too soft, like it would melt or maybe get cut if it was subjected to a sharp corner.

I would reccomend either spend the money on better wires or make sure the areas that the wire is ran is safe from sharp edges.

Great all except RCAs

This kit was awesome, all there and easy install, only issue was the RCA cables only worked a day or two and had to buy a different set.

Power Acoustik amp kit pretty decent

This kit is overall ok. Nothing special. I do have to agree that the wire is super flexable and easy to feed through corners and tight spaces.

Pros: Very flexable wire
Comes with everything to install amp

Cons: Does not seem like 4 gauge
The connectors for the power and ground were a lot bigger/wider than the wire

not a 4 gauge

Everything is good but the fact that this is not a 4 gauge wire kit it is more like a 6 gauge wire kit. The rubber that covers the 6 or 8 gauge copper wire is too soft it gets cut down to the copper wire easily. If your looking for a 4 gauge wire kit this is not what you want.

Wires are wires. I guess these ones are good! They haven't failed me in any way yet!

I recommend this product to anyone that want's a great sounding system and at a great price. Any other site and or store department or stereo shop does not have this size gauge of wire and at the price it was sold for. Great packaging there were no question on what was what when it was received. Over all 100% Satisfied.

Good Amp Kit for Price

This amp kit is really good quality but you have to attach the ends of the cables yourself and its not always the best.

This kit is not 4 ga wire.. including the rubber around the wire it is... the actual wire itself is 8ga.

Wires

Not what i expected. Seems like 6 awg. Plus the terminals are garbage. Everything else is great though. 3 stars.

NOT 4gauge wire!!!

I bought this kit to wire up my system running 800w RMS and when i got it the power and ground cables were 4ga in diameter but the actual wire inside the rubber was 8ga. i should've just bought another Rockford Fosgate kit instead. other than that the speaker cables were great and the rca cables worked perfectly.

Power Acoustik AKIT-4

I went out on a limb on this purchase because no one had reviewed it and the companies website wasn't very thorough either, but i went ahead because the price was right and it had all the right equipment. I received the kit along with another pair of RCA's i ordered for my 4 channel amp and everything came together perfectly. The amp kit had all the right stuff and everything in it seemed to be solidly made. This was my first amp kit but the wires all seemed pretty thick with not too much cover on them so you know most of the cord is actually wire. I had enough length in all the wires to run it from the trunk of my car to the battery and i drive a full size sedan. The only thing im a bit skeptical of is the RCA's because they seem a little thin compared to my others, but my other set is really thick so my judgment may be all wrong. In the end i would suggest this kit to anyone looking for a reasonable, everything included, 4 gauge wiring set.
