At this price point I'm blown away
I have a couple Alpine type r 10d4s that have taken a few beatings, survived a nasty rollover and been beaten to death by tools in the trunk over 8 years. Was looking to replace them but having no idea what was good anymore and not wanting to spend a great deal. I set out on research with. Budget which ultimately resulted in buying these.
They're wired in at 1ohm being fed off a pioneer gmd9601 at 2400w max output.
Needless to say I am blown away at not only the power handling. But the sound quality! I haven't heard bass sound so clean and so responsive in years. I've even had to reset all my speaker amp gains to work with a lower sub amp output.
Cant wait to break them in and really go nuts
