great amp

I purchased this amp to push a thin sub and it actually over powered the 700watt thin sub. I sent the amp back to upgrade to a bigger amp and bigger subs. So overall I would say this amp is a great product. Looks very sharp as well.

Hot, but clean.

I was extremely skeptical of this amp, having not dealt with PA before, the price being so rock bottom, and the overdone "crypt" theming.

After running this amp for around 2 weeks, though, i can say for sure that this has recieved my stamp of approval.

The bass controls work well, with bass boost and gain both preforming their respective functions well. The crossover is also well made.

The only downside i can see for this amp is that it gets extremely hot on the heatsinks. That can be taken two ways; 1. the heat is at least leaving through the heat sinks, or 2. this thing is stupid hot. Either way, it hasn't gone into "protect" mode for me yet, so I guess everything's hunky-dory.

ok amp

Ok I have this pushing 2 12 kicker comps and its loud but it does get hot but still plays. I switched to a Kenwood and it was much louder and the amp was turned down more than the Power Acoustik but it's worth the money.

Amp

My amp from Power Acoustic was a 1500 watt. It powered my 15 inch Kicker perfectly. I would never go with any other brand needless to say my amp got stolen out of my truck two weeks ago:(

Perfect starter!

Got this powering a earthquake dbxi-12d atm. Plenty power to the woofer with this amp. Great for starter. Only thing I was bummed with was the casing. In pictures it looked metal but it's some sort of plastic. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase! Amp is a beast!

This ampplifier is overrated

its say 650 rms at 2ohm, pretty close of 200 rms at 2ohm, i got a clarion apx-640.2 320rms at 4 ohm and it way stronger, need reduce gain to hear the power acoustic, driven two pioneer 12 inch one 2dvc the other 4dvc each 400rms one with the clarion one with the power acoustic.

One bad amp ;)

Ok I've Owed this amp a year and I had it on multiple setups and it slammed everyone of them pretty loud also had it on 2 12 kicker comps and 15s at the Same time and everybody knew it was me from 2miles den the rd but will get very hot tho but it held up till my Memphis amp came. I would recommend for starter systems or breaking in subs.
