Waste of money!
I purchased these for a customer. Received them and installed them..instillation was pretty straight forward. Well one was defective from the start..u could put a new DVD in and all it would say was loading..my customer said as long as one plays and the other used as a monitor he was good.. well now the other stopped playing doing the same as the first! My customer wants a refund..which I don’t blame him. Had nothing but issues from the start with these items. Contacted SonicElectronix and got a RA# however per there 60 day return policy, and it’s been know where close to 60 days, I have to pay return shipping and if they have the items in stock they will replace the defective items..will not refund nor give me store credit.. my customer wants a refund. Two of the same units have done the same thing and now I’ll b stuck with these items which I don’t want to sell to anyone else because there JUNK!!
Throughout the years I’ve bought hundreds of items from sonicelectronix.. And I can’t get a refund or even store credit so I could purchase something that wasn’t JUNK!! Isn’t it about customer service…? Thanks Sonicelectronix!!
