This is my 2nd amp..it is a big improvement since my first one..i got it pushing 2 sony xplodes 1000 watts..it get very very hot and shuts off after..

Great Buy

I bought this amp to run one 15" boss audio chrome chaos series subwoofer. I hooked up only one of the voice coils to it bridged. Big mistake. I blew that voice coil in about 3/4 of a year and it hit very hard on the snap bass and carried a good long note. I replaced it with a mtx thunder round 15" and it hits hard long notes are good but note variation is hard for the amp to produce clear crisp changes in sound. But hey when I am listening to this sub which gets 120 decibels in my nitro I dont get too picky. Great buy. Make sure you hook up dual voice coils with an in speaker wire connecting one from either of the voice coils pos and neg.

I have own power acoustiks amps before and i like there products this amp. dozes everything i want it to do the only thing i dont understand is the little bass control button thats on it. It dont do anything when you turn it up or down other than that its a real good amp.

hard pounder

this amp is a hard hitter its is a great amp for the price i own one and it pushes two sony xplod 12 and it makes sucky speakers like that sound good i would say get one throw it on someting small like sony or a low brand and look at the differance

its an ok amp

i had this amp to 2 12 kicker comps and it would get hot within 30 mins and after 5 months of pushing these subs the amp died out..

Great amp for the value!

I bought this amp and hooked it up to 2 12" MTX 6000 and it hits hard.
Tuning the amp was different i had trouble with voices in the bass but ones i got it, it was good. it gets hot quick but does not over heat.
I would probably buy it again.
