Pretty good, minor flaws

Aux , USB, SD card functions: work but could be improved. The biggest flaw with the head unit is that you will have to make sure your file naming for the SD card is fairly organized as it will read the filename and not the ID3 tag. THIS IS IMPORTANT: use a program like DriveSort.exe to sort your SD or USB card!! The head unit will read the folders in the order you place them on the card and not by alphabetical order. DriveSort and re-organize the drive so it will read it in alphabetical. Windows Explorer cannot do this to my knowledge. I also use Mp3tag.exe to keep the filnames simple for the actual .mp3's. Trust me, this stuff will help when you're doing 95mph on the freeway weaving in and out of traffic trying to find that lame song you're trying to listen to.....

Radio: works ok. Reception seems slightly worse than my factory radio (stations cut in and out a little bit more).

MOSFET power seems good, similar power to a JVC or Sony, etc....

EQ is WEAK as there is only bass and treble...

Mech-less is good and hopefully will be in use for a little while (less things to break).

Screen: very good looking, much better than any of the "name brand" head units you will get at this price.

OVERALL: I'd purchase again based on the price. Would be willing to pay more for better features (eq, better interface navigation, etc.)

Satisfied

The manual was a little hard to understand. Not all parts fit either.

I order Power Acoustik PDR-340 for my 1995 Mercedes E430 and it was direct fit. no modifications needed. The sound it amazing and love all the options. For the money this product is more then great.

Cool Radio

Putting a radio in my old truck I didn't want to spend a lot on one, but this radio didn't let me down for the price so far... had it about a few weeks. Seems to be pretty rugged and it sounds good! It doesn't have a mid adjustment just treble and bass so ya have to get creative with your amp crossovers and such to get the sound you want. Very affordable, cool blue color, and nice sized screen. Only compaint is that I should've bought a touch screen unit, but then... more gadgets more problems:)

budget build / still cool

I would use this to replace factory unit or if you just wanted to add some sharp looks and decent sound. Very much so worth the money and sonic came through as always.

Well.....it's ok

I purchased this as a better than stock radio for a 2nd vehicle I have.
First, whenever you shut the vehicle off everything is cleared.....????
Second, the screen is nothing special. You can't put wallpaper on it. It displays only what you're doing at the time.example;when aux is used....big "aux input" is displayed...that's all..
This could have been a cool receiver...but it lacks a good processor..

Don't buy it

The product looks nice. But it sucks. The USB hookup does not even work. I was so pissed after I paid to have it installed.

Multimedia receiver

Overall a great product for the money. I have had mine freeze up on me a few times, i think that it was just a bad audio file. I also wish that the aux port was more amplified. I plugged in my sat radio receiver and its turned almost to max. I have not tried other devices, it could very well be the sat radio.

Kind of upset

I like the style of this radio. It has everything i need on it. But the problem is. i hook it up and my face plate doesn't light up. Yet the stereo its self has power.
