Not that great

I have this installed in my car and it does work. I just use it to play music off of a USB drive. The touch screen is really slow and everything about the settings and menu is very poorly designed and coded. There are so many annoying things about this deck! For example, there's a button right next to the volume knob that I often hit accidentally with my finger that changes the track. To fast forward, you have to manually input the time instead of being able to just touch the time on the track's progress bar! The code for the randomizer is just bad. And when you try to go back one track while the randomizer is on, it plays another "random" song instead of playing the previous track... Amateurs. Some mp3 files that play fine on my computer will not even show up on this deck. Sometimes the file shows up but the deck won't play it. It just sits there for a second and skips to the next track. In all fairness, it does play most of my music files. This deck is better than the broken factory CD player I had in there before, but I wouldn't recommend Power Acoustik to anyone after my first and last purchase of this brand.

I would recommend this product to anybody that would like a big screen without the hassle of cds it has usb port auxiliry port and sd card which works perfect for me because i dont use cds this is one of the best products i have purchased from sonic electronix for a great price $110 with a free installation kit wiring harness for my 97 cadillac deville plus the installation kit great product for a great price.

Advertised much nicer than it actually is. I can hook a dvd player up to the back, I can't hook up a back up camera, I'm selling this one if I can't return it and getting something better

great for the price

Received package quickly thanks to Sonic Electronix free and fast shipping. Package came with everything needed for install, DON'T FORGET ABOUT YOUR FREE ACCESSORIES. Setup this product in about 2 hours as this is my first time and was confused about the extra wiring it came with that is not needed. The free harness was a lifesaver. The free dash kit on the other hand, doesn't fit which caused me to take extra time to install by trimming the hole. The unit powered up as I started the car, SD card playback was the main reason I bought this unit, aside from the price. Seriously worth the money for this if you're only looking for SD/USB/AUX playback. Touchscreen works great. Takes about 5 seconds for unit to finish powering up and loading SD card which is amazingly fast. Music plays great, compliments stock speakers. One feature that I'd like is the screen to blackout while driving so it isn't so bright in my face, but other than that it's a great double din unit for the price.

Power Acoustik PDR-654 (SDHC King!)

Media Receivers is key. I do NOT use discs. I'm running my Samsung EVO SDHC 32GB MicroSD Card loaded with 230 .avi videos converted from YouTube and this 654 reds them and loads them within milliseconds. It's so fast.

Screen brightness is amazing, I run mine on the max of 50 at all times.

Built-In Equalizer is great.

Output signal with RCA is clean.

Overall, great purchase for sure. I love it.

LCD Radio

This was a easy installation for a novice. I replaced my stock ford ranger radio with this LCD radio that also allows my Samsung S6 to play through a hard wire hookup. It also has a sd card with all of my favorite albums on it which is convenient when I have zero reception on the highway from Reno To Las Vegas.
