Totally kicks

These subs are INSANE. I have 2 powered by a Brutus 1200 watt amp in a ported box. They got me pulled over twice already. The guy who complained about frying them in 5 minutes probably did not break in the speaker, you stretch the voice coil and wreck the sub if you do not break them in. But no joke. These subs are Ridiculous.

Value Power

This sub doesn't hit like a $200 speaker, but for the price it is quite the performer. I enjoy the deep hits complemented by nice mid-range performance. I put it in a 2 foot ported box and it has been great. Easy installation, good build quality, and great price:performance ratio.

Good bass

I have two of these in a ported box thats about 3.75 cu.ft., theyre getting about 370 watts each with a Power Acoustik PS2-1800 amp, and they BEAT! For their price, theyre pretty hard to beat. These have successfully rattled the inside of my S-10 apart, the mirrors bounce with the beat and the back window literally dances! And they can take plenty of abuse.

PW2 power acoustik

I have one PW2 power acoustik in my '91 caprice classic powered by a 400 watt Jensen this thing hits! I just ordered 2 more of them and an 1800 watt power acoustik PS2. Can't wait to get them in! i highly recommend them if you don't want to pay much but want something that still sounds good can't pass it up!

Awesome!

These subs are great, you cant find a sub at $50 a piece that can handle 500 watts. And yes they can handle every watt of it, the you just have to break them in. I have 2 subs ran by a 2200 watt amp getting 450 watts RMS a piece, and they slam. They don't sound as good as more expensive subs, but for the price its unbeatable.

Wow

Got 2 of these hooked up to a Hifonics Brutus 1206. they pound. got em in a 1.25 per chamber sealed box in a mustang gt and they hit. More SQ than SPL with that setup but still. Enough for the locals to take a good look and go WoW.

Amazing sub for the price

I have these installed in a Maxbox ported dual 12" box. These things really pound. I only have 170 watts RMS going to each which is not even close to their 500 watt RMS handling. I'm upgrading to a more powerful amp to get their peak performance. I already rattle my little celica to pieces and shake the cars next to me.
If you want a sub that will perform great this is the one to get. Just make sure you have the power to push them!

these subs....

can not handle the power that they say they can handle. i fried them not even 5 minutes after hooking them up. they were getting 800 watts a piece. only recommend if you have small amp.
