not good or bad
The sound is not bad just not enough of it. I ended up getting a kicker comp 10 in the truck enclosure with a kicker 125 amp and it is much better,but also more expensive.

Bass
This product works as advertised. Single 8" sub-woofer behind seat will shake the truck depending on settings on the control knob. The knob provides great ease to adjust to the mood of the song.

Great product
Great sound for the size and price. It fills in the lows in my sons '97 DelSol which I didn't want to take up to much space with a big bulky box. It will not rattle the windows but it is a good product.

status has improved
Hi this is Jeff I wrote another review on this sub. We installed this in my brothers F150 with his stock stereo and it sounds really nice. There is no distortion just nice mellow bass now matter how high you turn the remote knob. I had it teamed with an Alpine head earlier and the results were not as good. I tend to think the sub was intended more for a stock system.
