GREAT SUB

I have two of these in my malibu with a 1000 watt amp and the bass is crazy. I suggest this subwoofer for anybody on a budget.

Not good

Not so good. I had four of these subs running off a powerbass asa 1500. I blew all four of them within a month.

Love the pair .

I bought 2 12" PB's about a year ago, to this day they still pump hard and keep the sound and frequency. Never had any issues with them, however when i did revive them by mail after purchase, one of the 12's had a warp to it. Like it was under a heavy box or object that deformed it, I did not send it back or go through any warrenty, i installed it anyways, cause i was too eager to hear them. To this day i have never had an issue with that sub, does not leak air, solid seal to it, once screwed down the sub formed back. This was only the outter ring that was deformed. They also sound a lot better then my friends Sony Xplods 1200 watts. With the combo PB 1200W Amp, and some good Zero Oxygen speaker wire, proper grounds and good connections, these subs will shake and rattle any vehicle.

1st installed in a Tiburon, 2nd Buick Regal, Present Dodge Ram 1500 Lariet Edition. Always getting compliments on them, but also following that would be complaints about how loud they are for neighbours but also from passenger. "i can feel my insides moving" is the most common one i hear haha. I would recommend these Powerbass Subwoofers to Anyone looking for an opinion. Thanks for the excellent service and durable, effective product.

For the price you can't beat the bass response.

Great Entry Level Sub

Have one of these in a 1.5 cf sealed box with 275 watts rms amp pushing it and they slam pretty hard. If you blow a good quality sub it's probably because your not connecting them to a proper rms wattage amp that's your fault not the sub for not paying attention to the specs.

Bust buy on a great sound

This is the 2nd set of subs I have bought. This set is for my wife's car. You will not be dissapointed with your sound.

low end sub

If you are looking to pack a small punch without spending a lot of money this is a good sub. They handle the rated RMS very well but I wouldn't push too much power

great product

I was really impressed with the music quality of this sub.
I own all except thin mount and they all did good except or 1 single 4ohm sub due to voice coil failure. Would recommend to anyone that wants good clear deep bass. Don't fall for the hype of other brands just to end up dissapointed. Sucks sonic Electronix don't carry em no more. Oh well I there is still ebay.

great budget sub

I bought 2 of these 3 weeks ago and man these subs are loud. I put them in a 1.25cuft per subs box and these things shine with that space. I would recommend these subs to anyone who is on a budget and wants good bass.

great sound

i loved the sound of my powerbass subwoofer's. great quality and clarity for a good price. i still have all my powerbass component speakers inside my car.
