Clean full sound. Carries low end very well
Wired this amp at 1ohm to a pair of $75.00 10" NVX NSW 4ohm subs in a 2010 Camaro and I am fully satisfied. I Like to feel bass in my face. My go to pairings are 15" Kicker Comp VRs with a big MTX amp. Both durable,affordable, and most importantly high quality. 1500w systems without modding the factory system is my happy medium. Mostly in trucks. 20+ year seasoned bass head.
So now you know I love big bass. Getting 10s and a 600w system I anticipated I was gonna get what I paid for. Wrong. I got more than expected. I got full bass. 50/50 SPL and SQL. What I'm most impressed with is the SQL from the $75 pair of NVX 10s.
I'm happy with the amp. It's rated at 650w but feels more like a solid 500w at 1ohms and 13.3v. Hangs on the deep low ends really well. Now to see if it's built to last. For a budget amp. I choose PPI over HiFonics and Kenwood.
My son has the 2600.1D for 1.5 years now and still thumping.
