I bought these a little weary because of the price but. Just like sonic always does, they gave a video and a review on them that gave me the confidence to buy them and I did and there great. They are loud,clear, and have great tight bass response. I'm running them on a 400x4 watt amp and they sound great. Thanx sonic for great advice and great service. For a sound system in your car that's not for competition, I highly recommend these 6x9s.

Awesome little speakers

These speakers surprised me when I first heard them. Powered only by the head unit these things have plenty of sound coming thru them that is of the up most clarity

Decent speakers

I had ordered a pair of 6x9's from sonic electronix and let me
Say they have the best deals and people anyways the speakers sounded amazing they had a great crisp hi's and quite a lot of bass to them I only had one problem I had blown the midrange speaker in them and now they just sound un clear i don't know how it blew them but they weren't cranked very loud so I was a little disappointed but they are very worth the price you can't beat it

They are good but not if if you have a good amp...I had them on a alpine 4 channel amp, and had 70watts going to each and they blew smh

Awesome Bass Performance

I use the 4" Black Ice speakers in my pickup and I quite like them. So I ordered these 6 by 9's for a friend and we swapped out his rear deck OEM 4" speakers for these and the difference was impressive. The sound quality is very accurate and the bass response is surprisingly full. We were planning on adding a sub to his car, but at this point we've shelved those plans because of how good these speakers are. For reference we were using these speakers on a 2004 SAAB 9-3 Linear.

Great speakers at a great price!

I put these 6x9s in my Trans Am and they have great highs with some good bass. You can't beat the value for some quality speakers!
