Great bang for the buck.

I could not be happier with this processor. Finally have a good interface with the Uconnect in my 2011 Charger. Using the high level inputs the signal is crystal clear. No added noise. The unit has 32 band EQ on each input and parametric EQ on all output channels. Each output also has crossover settings.The routing makes it very easy to match inputs to outputs. You can also create 4 different configurations and switch between them for what ever you need. The software is very easy to figure out and can be downloaded from PPI to look at before you buy. I am using this in my system that I am competing with in SQL in MECA.
Only con for some might be the need to use a computer to configure the system. A computer also is needed to switch between your configurations. But for all the control this unit offers for the money this can be easily overlooked. I am planning to get a 8" windows tablet to do this and stream music from in the car.

Great DSP for the price

The PPI DEQ.8 is a great processor for the price you pay. Its basically a plug and play mini DSP, and shares the same software (which is a good thing since the miniDSP is a well respected product.)

I do wish they made a display or controller for it, for on the fly adjustments, or even an Android app. But those things have been brought up with PPI already.

I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants FULL control of their system, and or wants to integrate it into a factory head unit.
