Insane sub!!

When I was searching for a 15" sub to add the deep bass my MB Quart 12" 304's weren't providing I was concerned about finding one that would work with the size limitations. To find a sub like this one that only required 1-1/2 cubic feet of air space I almost fell over. PPI was a brand I installed in many customers vehicles back in the early 1990's and they have always impressed me. I've been out of the scene for a few years and was hoping that they haven't taken a nose-dive in quality like some of the other big boys from back then, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they are just as good if not better! These subs are amazing, I wish I had more space to play around with ported boxes just to see what I could get out of them. On top of being more than a solid performer the color of the basket and dust cover are the exact candy apple red color that I painted my Dakota R/T which made me make a clear lexan box just so it could be seen. It was fate to find such a perfect match and to find it at Sonic was the topper since their prices, customer service, and shipping are by far the best. They are kind of power hungry and somewhat under rated at 900 watts rms. Don't be afraid to feed them well and if they do happen to get overcooked they are re-coneable. A big + in my eyes.

Just purchased 2 of these subs recently and i am very pleased. Im runninh them with zero gauge wire off a hifonics brutus 2006d and they hit hard.
