For the money its ok, I would recommend spending the $150 more and get pioneer or Sony. The Pyle has cartoonish screens, does not play an ipod in very good format. The dvd quality is great. That's about as far as it goes.

Great value

Great picture when watching DVDs. The Bluetooth works great. Easy to use.

Not my cup of tea

Wow...the price pulls you in, a lot of features for the money. But there's a long list of issues...every time you fire it up you hear a buzzing noise that comes from it...like it's spooling up or something, it eventually goes away, but your mind has you thinking it's only a matter of time before it quits working. Sometimes it has problems linking to my phone...not a big issue, it typically finds the phone but it's worth mentioning. The radio is the big turn off...it cannot pick up stations that were easily acquired with my factory radio...basically, as far as radio reception goes, if it's important to you, don't go with this radio. The video quality is good, it quickly resumes where left off when you turn it back on...the controls aren't too difficult to use. The tilt screen is a great feature and I use it all the time...it automatically closes when you shut the car off and returns to the last angle it was at when it's turned back on...there are several angles to choose from. I tried to call Pyle countless times because I just couldn't imagine the radio really being as bad as it was...hoping there might be a quick answer. One more thing, it doesn't scan or search the next available station...that might be because mine doesn't pick up stations all that well to begin with. For the money, not too bad...features yes, but short on performance. I might consider it for my lawn mower, but not my daily driver. I have two Pyle's...different models and both have terrible reception.
