We purchased two of these for our cross country and track officials and they love them. They are light.. great sound, they were very resonably priced, would highly recommend them to any track or cross country teams.

It's clear and easy to use, its a little quite out on the boat (ie speaking instructions to wakeboarders riding behind the boat). They can hear over the noise of the boat but in all other instances it has been fine.
