Fair value
Compared to other devices I reviewed I suppose it is a fair value but at 198 dollars it is still just an over priced cheap stereo system. The system is basically media storage playback components all packaged into a cheap vinyl wrapped mdf box isolated by a device power slide switch. It does do what the manufacturers claim. I have tested all the features except for the aux playback and all worked well although not exactly as the manual describes. The speaker quality is acceptable but not what I would have expected for the cost. I think they took the classic look too far with using an analog tuner dial. It wouldn't have been too far a stretch to include digital frequency tuning on the display.
