great value!

I bought this to put in my basement to replace an old busted stereo, im glad i bought this, its sounds great, doesn't distort easily . looks and feels solid.

pros: has balanced(xlr) and unbalanced(1/4 inch) inputs
has clip and protection indicator to tell you if there's any problems
has ground lift
stays cool

cons: fans always run at 100% would be great if they only turn on when needed

the fans are a little loud if your going to run this at a very low volume, but it keeps the internals cool.

I would recommend buying an equalizer to tune your system using this amplifier as it makes it sound really awesome

Awesome deal!

Bought the Pyle amp system for our Karaoke and it has so much power that it has to be turned down almost all the way. We project outside and it has been a great investment.

Best amp ever

This amp is one of the amps I had. This amp's sound is so good I am adding another amp to my new speakers.

The best amp I ever For the price and it sounds like something that would cost like $299+.

saved my wife's amp

I volunteer at an Single Airman's club and do Karaoke, up until buying the Pyle PTA1000 I have been using a Sony home receiver. Using the PTA1000 I no longer get distortion and am able to run as many as 6 microphones and 2 audio sources when I pair with a mixer. The sound is awesome and the fans keep the unit running cool even when pushing close to 500w per channel. I was also complemented on how much more professional this unit looks than my wife's Sony. I am enjoying the PTA1000 very much.

Great Little Amp

I use two of these to power my passive mid and high range studio monitors. I record heavy rock music and have to crank the volume at times. They have been dependable after 1-1/2 years of use. Can't beat the dollar to value imo. One of the amps I bought developed a burned circuit almost immediately and the warranty was as advertised, they sent me a new one and no problems since.

Senior Technician Alaska

This Amplifier is rated at 1000 Watts. The application is a remote Bingo Hall in Alaska. Connected with wireless receiver and a simple mixer/amp for wired microphones. Sound was solid on bookshelf 80 Watt speakers. Lots of headroom. Recommend.

good product for your buck

I got 4 units and installed in a commercial application, lot of clean power,
shipping was super fast and nicely packed , had to open one unit because we heard some rattling noise from inside, so we discovered that one of the bolt that holding the main power transformer was totally loose, only one thread was holding, and we looked around inside have to tell you that it is a poorly installed, assembled amp but works great and cheep,
I would recommend for all users, enough power for band or DJ, more than enough power for home use.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!

I bought this amp to use for local gigs, it was cheap and my experience with Pyle in the past (car audio) was always good. This amp lasted 3 days shy of one year which for me translates to about 6 gigs and no more than 25 hours of total use.
