freakin amazing.

This alarm is great i put it in a mustang. Its a great alarm. Too many good things to say and not enough room to put it all in. Two way paging with full silent, just saying your car can be armed, someone could be breaking into it but yet the burglar doesnt know that your remote is telling you and you can go out there and deal with the burglar personally if you know what i mean. Remote start, 4 auxilaries to do whatever you want with mine opens the gas tank and the garage cant really think of anything else to do with the other auxilaries. Motion sersor capabilities second battery back up if someone detaches the main battery. Just over all a really great alarm oh and it has a 1 mile radius. Yes i said 1 mile.

Really neat product

Well my install was out of the box (A mecanically controlled diesel 24V) but never the less with a little know how it was a easy to interface and run on a supplementary 12V supply. I can't comment on the remote starter as I didn't install this part. The alarm was very good value for the price and no one could come near this price here in Aust even without the remote starter. One thing I was surprised about was the range, it is really good but not 1 mile as quoted. in most urban environments it is lucky to get 2/3 of a mile. The actual remote gets better range than the actual unit itself. This was confirmed by my fiancé who heard it go off as I was trying it down the street. The car picked the signal up but the remote failed to get the car acknowledgement. I think the power output of the car transmitter is lower than that of the remote. The antenna is installed on the car windscreen and the window is not tinted so it should get good range. Other than that it really is great unit and the HD remote is very feature packed. Highly recommend. Oh the siren speaker is rubbish, I would highly recommend a 515R with battery back up. Just my opinion though.
