KLR 650

All I could ask for...
So far so good. Using it on my KLR650 for on/offroad (dirt roads in the northeast real) nav. I would gladly take it on a trip to the Moab/Utah desert which I know can be pretty rough (although I would run something to ensure phone stays in place in case of a fall - a piece of thin velcro between the arms, maybe.The mount has proven itself easy to setup, secure and reliable. I did notice the slight "rocker" to the main plate which other users have mentioned but, haven't found it causes any functionality issues. I was disappointed to find that the arms are not made of metal and are plastic but, again haven?t yet found this to be a problem. As for fit, my Galaxy S6 w/ Spec case fits fine although the arms need to be set so as not to hit the volume control and sleep mode buttons. The lower right support is set to sit in the slight indent for the headphones jack in the Spec case which helps secure the phone but blocks the jackport. A good compromise, I think, that provides a little additional security and piece of mind. Set up was "easy" but you can't tighten arms with phone in place if screw heads are mounted as designed so some fiddling has to be down to get a good secure fit. Regardless, you can't beat this mount for the money!!
