RCA AH216 (AH216N) 1/4-Inch Headphone Adapter Plug works well
I would recommend this product. My wife wanted to use a current set of small headphones with a DLP TV. I had an older, long headphone cord but it used the older, larger RCA plug. This adapter made it possible to use the older headphone cord and the newer headphones without having to purchase a new headphone cord.
