clean and clear

Definitely recommend theses speakers. for this price, they cant be beat. Ive had many different brands, and these are definitely the best. The tweeters are silk, making the sound clean as possible. They're amped at about 60 watts of clean, non-clipping power per speaker. They are very loud when they need to be, with no signs of distortion, im probably gonna buy the 6x9s next, and eventually the 6 1/2s. Great buy!

great clarity

superb sound with just the head unit powering them for right now cant wait till i get the re amps for my re srx subs and the amp for these i just wished they would give a wider mounting plate there are about 1/16" all the way around gap on these for a 6x8 location im gonna fix this soon

I got 2 sets of these for my f-150 and for just running off the factory head unit they sound excellent. The highs are crystal clear and scream pretty well. The mids can get a bit muddy but bass blockers, a quality amp with highpass crossover, or just turning down the bass in the eq will clear them up. Overall, i think they sound great for factory replacements and not breaking the bank. I also purchased the re dts 1000.1 mono block (discontinued model) and a re srx 10 duel 4 ohm sub to complete the sound these coaxial can't reach. I love the quality sound of my system and thanks sonic for the low pricing and fast shipping.
