Really stops the rattling that comes from having the punch from the kiker speakers i have installed in the doors of my car.

Easy to use and apply

I used this product in my rear component speakers (Alpines) for the mid-range woofers in the doors to shield against vibration and they do a good job and the speakers sound great for it!

These came in a package deal from Sonic
with JBL GTO series speakers one of the decisions why I bought the GTO speakers, easy to use. Currently installing the sound system but having used similar products before these will make a good speaker sound better.

I bought this in a combo package that Sonic put together with a set of hifonics components, the zxi65c. i liked it, i havent heard any rattling from my speakers. works well, i recommend it.

Sounds Great!

I installed the Dead Shield Sound Dampening Material under all 4 of the speakers I replaced in my truck and the stereo system sounds great, better than I expected.

Great price/performance ratio, good quality.

Speakers were very easy to install, 1 connector and done. Fit in just right in the back doors of my 2010 Jeep Commander, however they are pretty thick so check the mounting depth as they might not fit into vehicles with shallow door space. I do not know if you need a wiring harness or not for factory install as I re-ran all my wiring with 16ga stinger speaker wires from my amp. Sounds 10x better than the stock speakers. The mids sound tight and the tweeters sound crisp, and that's without any sort of external equalizer tuning. I am powering them with a DTX600.2 also by RE Audio. People say they are slipping as a company, but I have no basis for comparison as I have only recently been upgrading all my speakers and amps with RE Audio equipment, and I am very happy with the price to performance ratio. At fifty bucks these speakers are a steal. I have a pair of 6.5 Infinity Kappa Perfects in my Honda Accord and these are comparable in performance and sound but for a lot less money. Only thing I can think of as any sort of con is that the grilles are pretty flimsy and will need to be glued in place and they don't clip on very well, but should only be any sort of issue if you are putting them into custom kick panels or something similar, I put them in the factory location so it's not really an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Overall if you are looking for a good quality product with good performance for a reasonable price, then these are the speakers for you. I would recommend these to my friends and I would buy them again.
